About Carla
Carla Carla D’Agostino-Vigil, M.A. Clinical Mental Health Counseling, M.A. Human Resources and Labor Relations, LPC, LAC, ACS, ACEP, NCC, is the Founder and Clinical Director of Ignite Counseling Colorado, leading the team in providing accessible, specialized therapy to treat trauma, OCD/Phobias and addictions.
Carla is also the Founder and Principal Consultant at The Mental Health Executive. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC), Approved Clinical Supervisor (ACS) and a National Certified Counselor (NCC) and Approved Continuing Education Provider (ACEP).
Prior to beginning her encore career in Mental Health, Carla earned her Master’s Degree in Human Resources and trained as a Master Level Human Resources and Labor Relations professional. She received a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Regis University.
She is an Associate Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation and Certified Co-Active Coach through the Coaches Training Institute. Carla is a Certified Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapist, an Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) therapist trainer and was the first civilian cohort to be trained by Veteran Affairs’ Center for PTSD for Prolonged Exposure Therapy for Treatment of PTSD.

Due to the intellectual property accessed in on-demand courses and e-books, refunds are not available. If you are unable to access the webinar/on-demand course due to internet issues, refunds are not available. If you are not satisfied with a course, please send your request for consideration of a refund or credit to another course offered by Ignite Center for Mental Health Leadership LLC. Outreach should include a detailed explanation of your concerns to carla@TheMentalHealthExecutive.Org and we will review and make our decision based on factors of 1) course percentage completed, 2) number of logins, and 3) feedback from other participants on the course. A requested review is not a guarantee of a refund.
Live Online or In-Person Trainings:
You may request a refund up to 14 days prior to the training. After that time, refunds will not be available. Following check out, registrants will receive a Google Meet invite to the live virtual training.
