    • Ala-carte, one hour: $250

    • 3 hour package: $700 ($50 savings)

    • 6 hour package: $1425 ($100 savings)

  • 2.5-Hour Focused Executive Consultation Session: $600

  • Half-Day Executive Consultation Intensive (4 hours): $950

My Why

After obtaining a Master’s in Human Resources and Labor Relations and nearly two decades in the field, I shifted my focus to helping my community, starting with mental health counseling. I realized that we mental health practice owners do not receive business education while in counseling graduate school and there is a big need for that support! I enjoy "blending both worlds" to help other mental health practice leaders take the next steps within their practice.

My Approach

I bring a how-can-we-make-this work mindset, pulling on my depth of experience in corporate human resources supporting a variety of industries, with decades of experience working in my family's business into the complex and nuanced work we do in the mental health field. I believe more heads are better than one! So, I am fortunate to have a network of other talented experts to draw from for your particular needs - from financial forecasting, employment law, marketing and more.
